WHAT TO EXPECT 

AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM

Our air filtration system and circulation is through Echo only. We use a double filtration system, the first of which is an ionized hydro-peroxide unit that reduces microbes in the air as well as on surfaces, including viruses and bacteria. The second system we have in place is an "air scrubber" that further reduces microbial populations on surfaces using UV light.

TEMPERATURE

We will take your temperature upon arrival. 

SANITIZE HANDS 

You will be required to wash your hands in the restroom.  Please use our ECHO hand sanitizer with all natural ingredients located throughout the spa.

WEAR A FACE MASK 

 If you do not have a mask we will provide one. The masks are required for massages and will be allowed to be removed for facials and sugaring under the mask. 

SPA CAPACITY

In order to keep the capacity to a minimum. We will have you wait in your car or outside until your appointment time. You can always text us if you do not see us in the window. 

SYMPTOMS

We will need to reschedule your appointment if you answer "yes" to any of the following questions:

  • Have you had a new or worsening cough? 

  • Have you had a fever? 

  • Have you had shortness of breath? 

  • Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days? 

WATER

We will not be serving drinking water if you would like to bring your own water bottle. 

CASHLESS

We will be cashless unless you would like to leave your aesthetician a cash gratuity however we will not have any change on hand at the store. You also have the option to venmo your gratuity.

PICK UP PRODUCT

We have curbside service during our retail hours to pick up product. Our retail hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11-4 

PERSONAL SHOPPING APPOINTMENT

Book a personal shopping appointment online if you are unable to come in during our retail hours. Our appointment hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10-6
